自2007年起就合作无间的比利时导演拉斐尔·巴尔波尼与安·西罗联合编导的长片新作，讲述一对正想要孩子的小夫妻被迫开始照顾男方患上语义性痴呆的母亲。这位身份为艺术策展人的老母亲因精力旺盛而难以看护，主题苦涩的影片也因此走向轻喜剧风格。影片大部分场景发生在母亲所处的布景悦目的花园或室内，映照困在身体里的旺盛精神，贯穿全片的维瓦尔第《四季》之《春》则在听觉上展现了老妇固执亦幼若孩童的心态，在嬉笑之中激发出可贵的亲情。
