　　《少年时代》导演理查德·林克莱特将执导一部改编自真人事例的新片。据《好莱坞报道》消息，“钢铁侠”小罗伯特·唐尼也将参与该片的重要制作。
　　届时，小唐尼工作室将联合安纳普尔纳影业共同承制这部未命名之作。据悉，该片剧本取材于一档被称为“一介草民”的播客网络栏目。该栏目日常放送两名博士的真实故事，博士约翰·布鲁克林在播客里讲述自己如何利用媒介和民粹主义以及贩卖假药来获取财富和名誉。与之相对，另一博士《美国医学协会杂志》编辑莫里斯·菲什拜因通过不断地搜寻证据最终使布鲁克林为自己的不择手段付出代价。
